Can you set up weighing software for truck scales?
Yes. For B³ Quarzsandwerke we set up the DoProfi weighing software by Waagenbau Dohmen at the truck scale. In projects like this we take care of the PC in the weighbridge office, the network connection, user accounts and backups, so every weighing is recorded reliably.
Do you come on site?
Yes, gladly. Anywhere in the Ruhr area and Düsseldorf, we come to you in person for everything: hardware and security systems, the initial assessment, walking your team through a new setup, or a problem at someone’s desk. If it’s quicker for you, we can also make smaller changes to servers, email or user accounts remotely.
Can you take over our existing IT?
Yes. We start with an assessment, document devices, services and credentials, and then take over step by step, even if another provider has been in charge until now.
What drives the cost?
The number of workstations and devices, the services we run for you, the effort involved in on-site security systems and how much ongoing support you want. Hardware, licenses and hosting come on top. After the free initial consultation, you receive a proposal with a fixed price for the agreed scope, so you know up front what to expect.
Where is our data stored?
We run servers and backups in data centers in Germany, with Hetzner. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR.
Who is our point of contact?
You talk directly to the founders of KSK IT, the same people who set up and look after your systems. No call center, no rotating support staff.
Do you support English-speaking teams?
Yes. We work in English and German, so your international staff can reach us in whichever language they’re more comfortable with.
