Oberhausen
The CentrO shopping center stands on the site of a former Thyssen ironworks and rolling mill. According to the city, the redevelopment known as Neue Mitte has created well over 10,000 new jobs in retail, services and leisure. We are a trade business and still write quotes by hand. Where do we start?
With an honest review of how you work today. Many trades have solid off-the-shelf software, and often it is enough to set it up properly and connect it to your accounting and website. Where your processes differ, we add targeted custom features. We only recommend a custom build when an existing product will not do the job.
Will you come to Oberhausen for meetings?
Yes, gladly, anywhere in the city’s three boroughs. It is about 20 minutes from Mülheim, so we come in person for every meeting, from introductions to workshops, training and hardware work. If you would rather talk by phone or video in between, we are happy to.
Can you build our website in English too?
Yes. We work in German and English and can build bilingual websites, for example for hotels, restaurants and leisure venues with international guests, or for suppliers with customers abroad. We can also run the entire project in English.
Can you take care of IT for our small office?
Yes. We set up workstations, manage email, backups and servers, and source new hardware when you need it. We agree in writing on which tasks we cover and how to reach us, so both sides know where they stand.
How soon can you start?
That depends on our workload and the size of the job. In the first call, we give you a realistic start date. Smaller tasks, like setting up new laptops, can often be scheduled sooner than a larger software project.
