KSK IT is a Mülheim company. Our office is on Böllrodt in Menden-Holthausen, in the southeast of the city, and it is the base for all of our software development in Mülheim an der Ruhr and across the Ruhr region. For local businesses, that means a meeting at your office or on your shop floor is easy to set up, and you get to know the people who actually build your software.
KSK IT was founded in 2024 by Quentin Kammann, Julien Schweter and Niklas Kania. Since then, we have completed more than 15 projects and built two products of our own: Better Window Switcher, a window switcher for macOS, and Krace, a co-driver app for Android. When you reach out, you talk to the three of us, not to a sales team.

Mülheim an der Ruhr as a place to do business
Mülheim sits between Essen, Duisburg and Oberhausen, with Düsseldorf a short drive south. The city’s economic development agency describes a mix of large industrial groups, innovative mid-sized manufacturers and service firms, major retailers both in stores and online, and an active startup scene.

Can we visit your office in Mülheim?

Will you come to our site?
Yes, gladly, and for anything you need. Distances within Mülheim are short, so we come to you for introductions as readily as for workshops, sign-offs, training sessions or hardware work such as setting up workstations, checking your network or installing security systems. The coding happens at our office, and if you would rather talk over video in between, that works too.
Some of our customers are abroad. Do you work in English?
Yes. We work in both German and English, in how we collaborate and in the software itself. If you export, it pays to plan your website, application and documentation for multiple languages from the start rather than retrofitting them later.
Do you handle IT for small offices or medical practices in Mülheim?
